Don Swaynos has over 20 years experience editing film and television, working in both narrative and documentary.
He has edited narrative and documentary features that have screened at Sundance, Berlinale, SXSW, Tribeca, and Fantastic Fest. His most recent projects are the documentaries Luv Ya Bum! (Documentary Spotlight Audience Award, SXSW) and Chop & Steele. His narrative work includes the Independent Spirt Award nominated drama Pit Stop, the experimental thriller Discreet, and the unfinished-for-25-years horror/comedy Jungle Trap.
His short film editorial work has screened at Sundance, SXSW, HollyShorts, and Fantasia and has been featured on The New York Times, Fangoria, Short of the Week, and Vimeo Staff Picks.
For television, he edited CNN’s Emmy nominated docu-series High Profits and reality shows for A&E, Discovery, and TLC.
